Melbourne Cup Evening I received a text message from Sam. He had caught 14 cod through the day, and this 55 cm cod was one of them. He threw them all back.
Sam caught the cod on Gregor's place; you can see the water in the background is at a nice height. It has been running at about 1.3m for most of the past fortnight (normally 1.1m level through summer).
On the following Wednesday/Thursday the block had 24mm. So that should strike the Curly Windmill Grass in the next three weeks and green things up.
